EPE, IEEE or IET member
If you wish to benefit from the EPE, IEEE or IET member registration fees, you must be up-to-date with your 2011 membership.
Your EPE or IEEE membership number will be required when you register.
For IET members, an IET pass number will be required to allow you to gain the member registration fee. To obtain this pass number please email energy@theiet.org providing your name and IET membership number.

Student
If you wish to benefit from the student registration fees, you will be required to send a proof of your status (i.e. copy of a valid student card) to Carte Blanche (see contact details below).
Without proof of your status, you will not be entitled to the student registration fees.

Young scientist (less than 30-year old) from discount countries
If you wish to benefit from the young scientist registration fees, you will be required to send a proof of your date of birth (i.e. copy of your passport) to Carte Blanche (see contact details below).
Without proof of your date of birth, you will not be entitled to the young scientist registration fees.

Registration confirmation
Registration confirmation will be sent by email on receipt of full payment AND/OR proof of your status for discount rates.

Additional administration charges of 30€.
